PENGARUH PENYULUHAN METODE DEMONTRASI TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN SISWA TENTANG METODE ECOBRICK DI SMA NEGERI 1 HILIDUHO TAHUN 2022

Abstract


Abstrak

Latar belakang: Limbah plastik saat ini menjadi ancaman buat bumi, dimana dapat memperburuk kehidupan makhluk hidup baik di laut ataupun air tawar secara global. Tujuan dari penyuluhan kesehatan adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang pengolahan sampah plastik metode ecobrick.

Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre eksperimental, dengan menggunakan rancangan one group pre-post test design. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan siswa/i SMA Negeri 1 Hiliduho yang berjumlah 468 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah stratified sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 82 orang.

Hasil: penyuluhan metode demontrasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengetahuan responden dengan hasil uji wilcoxon p-value 0,000.

Kesimpulan: Pengetahuan responden sebelum intervensi mayoritas kurang yaitu sebanyak 44 orang (53,7%) dan setelah dilakukan intervensi mayoritas responden berpengetahuan baik yaitu sebanyak 70 orang (85,4%), terdapat peningkatan rata-rata dari sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan sebesar 8.70 menjadi 17.63.
